David began his career at Construction Materials Laboratory in Jackson, TN, where he performed quality control testing for commercial construction. He has many years of experience dealing with soil and foundations, which is the most important factor when building a home. David obtained his General Contractor’s license in 2004. He worked as a sub-contractor for Farm Bureau Insurance Company and also specialized in remodeling, at which time he received the 2005 Jackson Sun’s People’s Choice Award.
WCC has built numerous custom and spec homes. David was honored to have had the opportunity to participate in Jackson Area Home Builders Association's 2007 Home Fest where he received Best of Show, People’s Choice, Best Kitchen, and Best Landscape awards. David was born and raised in Jackson, TN and has been married to his wife, Marcie, for over 28 years. He has been a firefighter for the city of Jackson since 1996.
